Artist in Residence Program

Last Friday, local artist Leanne Pagliaro visited the College as a guest Artist In Residence, running a full day workshop for 27 students from all year levels.

Leanne presented her folio to the students showcasing her successful artworks. She has exhibited at several galleries throughout Melbourne, including the Brunswick Street Gallery, Fitzroy Art Collective, Flemington Art Show, Mental Health Foundation Art Show and Whitehorse Art Show.

After talking to students about her career and work, Leanne conducted watercolour and soft pastels demonstrations, teaching the students a variety of blending techniques for portraits and landscapes.

Many beautiful artworks were created and the students all enjoyed themselves.
